Our repair practices are industry standard using premium electronics grade solder and Kester no-clean flux.Our replacement wiring is hi-temp silicone and rated for 200-300% the needed capacity. Test and replace any bad diodes on your board with new high quality upgraded replacements up to quadruple capacity!Test and replace float relay if damaged (only electronic float models) - Quality Panasonic replacement. Test and replace LED indicator (replace only if not functioning) LED's do not burn out and only need replacement if not working. Test and replace resistor if needed.

ON CHINESE MADE FACTORY UNITS (After 2002) - WE REPLACE MOST CHINESE PARTS w/ HEAVY DUTY JAPANESE MADE LEVER STYLE SWITCHES.PERFORM UPDATES OUR TEAM HAS FOUND - BASED ON EACH Rev #. Adjust spring tension or replace spring if worn. Treat joystick spring with anti-corrosion chemical. Clean/lubricate contacts on power switch and replace with upgraded switch if needed or worn.
Clean contacts on 6 pin plug and replace nylon plug if damaged. Run full diagnostics on our custom built controller load test computer to simulate real world plowing conditions and save you the hassle of a break down (see picture #5). Repair broken or damaged wire trace(s) on your circuit board (1 trace w/ rebuild).Clean inside and outside of the control housing. REPLACE existing screws w/ heavy duty stainless steel replacements. Modify existing board to accept new style switches and re-align solder points as needed - a critical source of failure the'other guys' ignore. Rebuilding includes components inside the joystick box and restores functionality to better than new performance. Only components located inside the joystick box are replaced/repaired. Cable replacement is not included in this sale. Getting your controller REBUILT is easy! We'll send you an address to send your controller and contact you when we receive your unit. Once at our repair center, we'll let you know the results of the diagnostics and discuss any concern you're having with the controller. We stock thousands of parts including factory authorized parts! For these controllers and repair most units in 1-2 days. 6 pin SAE (Black rubber plug)? No problem we can help convert to the standard white 6 pin plug.You won't find that ANYWHERE! All controllers are fully tested before leaving our shop. PLEASE take all necessary steps to make sure your truck wiring and plow are in good working order before installing your rebuilt controller.
